Junghans Mega 1000 radio-controlled multi-frequency chronograph

The Junghans Mega 1000 multifrequency radio-controlled watch 026/4513.44 (steel bracelet white face) and 026/4510.00 (leather strap white face), 026/4512.44 (steel bracelet black face) and 026/4511.00 (leather strap black face) feature a J615.95 multi-frequency radio-controlled movement, alarm, chronograph with second stop, countdown, date (German, English or French), calendar week and 2nd time in a stainless steel case. The crystal is sapphire crystal. Models with a strap have a black leather strap with a stainless steel buckle. Those with a bracelet have a stainless steel bracelet. Calibre of case: 28.0 mm (9-3h), 36.0 mm (6-12h) height of case: 10.0 mm Weight: models with leather strap: 70 g models with stainless steel bracelet: 180 g Guarantee 2 years

Please note that LED watch displays are not visible through such a wide angle as the dials on conventional watches. They need to be held at an angle of no greater than 35 degrees for the time to be read with facility. The white-faced models have the advantage in this respect and can be read through an additional 5 degrees or so. To make up for this LED watches can pack in a far greater range of functions into a watch case than can conventional watches.
